RETURN & REFUNDS

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the eatzyglobal.com to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. If you’re unsatisfied please email us within 24-48 hours after receiving the merchandising to [email protected] with original packaging and invoice. If a customer receives the wrong merchandise (our mistake), we will ship you the correct item at no extra cost after receiving the wrong merchandise back or we would issue a refund check if the product is unavailable. The wrong merchandise can be returned to us at our cost. Always contact customer service to clarify the process prior to returning any item of merchandise. For Customer Service, please email [email protected]. Ultimate decision regarding return and refunds will be solely done by Global Food Products considering customers' end.

 

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase or Reward Points which makes it easier to track the refunds since they are reflected instantly to your account. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment card statement under the name GLOBAL FOOD PRODUCTS INC. If for some reason you don’t see the refund please send us an email and we will investigate the reason for delay. Please note delays in processing of such refunds are subject to issuer banks and processors like VISA, MasterCard, etc.
